Our recurring service is the perfect solution for maintaining a consistently clean home. You can choose between weekly or every-2-week (or every-4-week) cleanings, with an initial deep clean to get your space sparkling. An initial deep clean will set the stage, and your dedicated cleaning specialist will handle the ongoing maintenance, allowing you to relax and enjoy your space.

Customizable Services

The following are extra services, charged separately for recurring service:

Clean inside refrigerator - $45
Clean inside freezer (must be defrosted) - $15
Clean inside oven - $45
Wash dishes - $28/sink
Wipe down window sills - $20/floor
Wipe down baseboards - $20/floor
Wipe down kitchen cabinets/drawers, including handles - $20
Clean reachable interior windows - $4/window

We will also clean under sofa cushions if the cushions are removed, and inside closets if closet doors are left open.

For move-in/move-out cleanings, we will also clean interior cabinets and drawers, if emptied prior to service. Please note, that we do not wash walls or spray/wipe down blinds, as this can cause damage.

We do not provide the following services:

Heavy-duty cleaning: Post-construction cleaning, cleaning unfinished basements, cleaning biohazards, removing excessive debris or trash, and cleaning high levels of clutter.
Exterior cleaning: Exterior window cleaning, balcony, roof deck, and backyard cleaning.
Specialized cleaning: Carpet and furniture shampooing/steaming, cleaning blinds (to avoid damage), cleaning mattresses, and cleaning inside fireplaces.
Maintenance tasks: Putting away dishes, washing dishes, cleaning ashtrays, cleaning TVs and computer monitors, moving or lifting heavy objects, cleaning high-reach areas, washing exterior windows, organizing, folding clothes, and laundry.
Other: Cleaning shower curtain liners, cleaning freezers that haven’t been completely defrosted, and cleaning excessive knick-knacks and picture frames.
