We had Jessica M do a standard cleaning in our one bedroom apartment, and she went above and beyond! What a fantastic service, and great communication for our first experience with this company. I was working while she was cleaning and she wanted to make sure she did a thorough job and meet our needs and had easy communication before arriving and during the visit. She did a full vacuum, mop down abd dust surfaces way better than other services we used in the past. We are very happy with her work and hope to have her back again soon! They are quick, very thorough, great with my dog and super friendly. I have always had a fantastic experience with Scrub! Cleaners. In particular our usual cleaner Gina goes out of her way to make sure our cats are comfortable. Our home is always both 100% clean and lovingly arranged. Our decor, books, pillows, etc are always arranged with thoughtful care. Our appliances are sparkling, but I love coming home to clean floors most of all! It’s easy to schedule, and our cleaners let us know when they’re coming and leaving. Great local business!

Our Cleaning Specialists are top notch. They go through a rigorous hiring process: phone screen, in-person interview, national and state criminal background checks, reference checks, and a 90-day probationary period.

We assign solo Cleaning Specialists for weekly and biweekly recurring service. While we aim to keep the same specialist for each visit, we can’t guarantee it. However, all Cleaning Specialists are trained consistently in techniques and products.
Yes — that's how we're built. Weekly and biweekly clients are assigned one solo Cleaning Specialist who cleans your home every visit. She learns your layout, your preferences, and where the good towels go, and most of our clients know her by name.
Life happens: illness, vacation, the occasional schedule change. When it does, we'll let you know in advance and send someone trained in the exact same techniques and products. But a rotating crew of strangers isn't our model, and it never has been.
