We had Jessica M do a standard cleaning in our one bedroom apartment, and she went above and beyond! What a fantastic service, and great communication for our first experience with this company. I was working while she was cleaning and she wanted to make sure she did a thorough job and meet our needs and had easy communication before arriving and during the visit. She did a full vacuum, mop down abd dust surfaces way better than other services we used in the past. We are very happy with her work and hope to have her back again soon! Scrub it clean literally scrubs it clean! Stark contrast with a previous company we trialed, who didn't come close to the level of clear communication, flexibility, professionalism and high quality service. Definitely will continue with scrub it clean, very happy customers!

When I first moved to Philadelphia this past year I was worried about finding a cleaner that I could both afford and do a good job at the same time. Scrub has exceeded my expectations in every way. Jessica is both nice/easy to work with and does a great job cleaning my apartment. Tabitha is also very responsive/patient and answered all of my questions when I first came for service.

Scrub does a great job every time! I've had a number of their teams come though and all did a great job, but I always call Gina and Jen the dream team! They are quick, very thorough, great with my dog and super friendly. Management has always been great, too, when I've needed to reschedule or cancel, Tabitha is quick to respond and very accommodating.We do a weekly cleaning and we love it! Would recommend to anyone!

I have always had a fantastic experience with Scrub! Cleaners. In particular our usual cleaner Gina goes out of her way to make sure our cats are comfortable. Our home is always both 100% clean and lovingly arranged. Our decor, books, pillows, etc are always arranged with thoughtful care. Our appliances are sparkling, but I love coming home to clean floors most of all! It’s easy to schedule, and our cleaners let us know when they’re coming and leaving. Great local business!

She’s always super quick to respond and willing to help with any issues! So many reasons… First and foremost, we carry full liability insurance. All of our Cleaning Specialists are W-2 employees, not independent contractors. We take care of all federal, state, and local taxes. Most importantly, we cover Workman's Compensation insurance for all of our cleaners—for their peace of mind and yours.
Our Cleaning Specialists are top notch. They go through a rigorous hiring process: phone screen, in-person interview, national and state criminal background checks, reference checks, and a 90-day probationary period.
Our communication is outstanding. The moment you fill out our online quote form, you’ll get an immediate response. We’re available by email to answer questions, send reminders before your cleanings, and can even text you 30 minutes before arrival if requested.
We’re also fully accountable. After each cleaning, you’ll receive a one-click, one-question survey. If something isn’t right, we’ll send our Cleaning Specialist back the next business day to fix it. Your happiness is our ultimate goal.
To avoid cross-contamination, we ask clients to provide a vacuum. We bring everything else: EPA-approved disinfectant, freshly laundered towels, and PPE (masks, gloves, and shoe covers). We make it convenient—we’ve got you covered.
Rates vary based on home size (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage) and cleaning frequency (weekly, biweekly, every 4 weeks, one-time). We’re happy to email a quote if you fill out our online quote form. Prefer to speak with us? Call the office at 215-821-9484 during business hours.
We ask clients to provide a vacuum to avoid cross-contamination. We supply everything else:
Occasionally, we use Febreze as an odor neutralizer. We do not supply bleach. If your bathroom requires it, please leave out a bottle of Tilex. Have a preferred product? Let us know—we’re happy to use it!
We assign solo Cleaning Specialists for weekly and biweekly recurring service. While we aim to keep the same specialist for each visit, we can’t guarantee it. However, all Cleaning Specialists are trained consistently in techniques and products.
Most recurring clients provide us with codes to keyless entry systems or lockboxes. If you live in a building with a concierge, we can retrieve the key at the front desk.
