We had Jessica M do a standard cleaning in our one bedroom apartment, and she went above and beyond! What a fantastic service, and great communication for our first experience with this company. I was working while she was cleaning and she wanted to make sure she did a thorough job and meet our needs and had easy communication before arriving and during the visit. She did a full vacuum, mop down abd dust surfaces way better than other services we used in the past. We are very happy with her work and hope to have her back again soon! Scrub it clean literally scrubs it clean! Stark contrast with a previous company we trialed, who didn’t come close to the level of clear communication, flexibility, professionalism and high quality service. Scrub does a great job every time! I’ve had a number of their teams come though and all did a great job, but I always call Gina and Jen the dream team! They are quick, very thorough, great with my dog and super friendly. I have always had a fantastic experience with Scrub! Cleaners. In particular our usual cleaner Gina goes out of her way to make sure our cats are comfortable. Our home is always both 100% clean and lovingly arranged. Our decor, books, pillows, etc are always arranged with thoughtful care. Our appliances are sparkling, but I love coming home to clean floors most of all! It’s easy to schedule, and our cleaners let us know when they’re coming and leaving. Great local business!
I’ve been working with scrub for over a year now and have had a great experience. Tabitha is great to work with and very helpful with scheduling. She’s always super quick to respond and willing to help with any issues! I recently had Jessica complete one of our cleanings, and she was a pleasure to work with, she was very accommodating to the tenants in the building, and sent photos of everything spotless before she left!

From Tabitha and the team at the office to the cleaners themselves, we have been very happy with the service that we have received. The cleanings are thorough, but if there are any details that go overlooked, we simply drop a note to the office and they help ensure that it gets taken care of in the next cleaning. We have particularly enjoyed having Gina as the lead on our home. She has been incredibly sweet with our daughter and very understanding when naptimes conflict with us clearing out of the space before she arrives. Her cleanings are consistently on point as well.

So many reasons…. First and foremost, we carry full liability insurance. All of our Cleaning Specialists are w-2 employees, not independent contractors. We take care of all federal, state and local taxes. Most importantly, we cover Workman’s Compensation insurance for all of our cleaners, for their peace of mind and yours.
Our Cleaning Specialists are top notch. They each go through a rigorous hiring process that includes a phone screen, in-person interview, national and state criminal background checks, reference checks and a 90-day probationary period.
Our communication is outstanding. You will see that the second you fill out our online quote form. You will get an immediate response letting you know that we’ve received your info and will get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll send your quote. We’re always available by email to answer questions and provide information. We send out email reminders on the Sunday before your cleaning. And, if requested we can even text you 30 minutes before we arrive!
We’re also fully accountable. After each cleaning, you will receive a one-click, one-question survey. We want to know what you love and what you didn’t love. Something’s not right? We’ll send our Cleaning Specialist back the next business day to make it right. Your happiness is our ultimate goal.
To avoid cross-contamination we ask that our clients provide a vacuum. We bring everything else that we need to clean your home: all chemicals, including an EPA-approved disinfectant and freshly laundered cleaning towels. We also provide personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves and shoes covers. We want it to be as convenient as possible for you. We’ve got that covered.
Our rates vary based on the size of the house (number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footaqe) and the frequency of the cleanings (weekly, every-2-weeks, every-4-weeks, one time). We are happy to email you a quote if you fill out our online quote form or if you’d prefer to speak with us, please call the office 215-821-9484 during our regular business hours and we can provide an over-the-phone quote.
To avoid cross-contamination we ask that our clients provide a vacuum. We bring everything else that we need to clean your home including: Our general purpose cleaner is H2O2 Orange Cleaner by Envirox. We use 2 dilutions of it; one stronger, one more diluted. Envirox is an environmentally-friendly green-certified product that can be used anywhere water can be used. It has a slight citrus scent from an essential oil. We also use either Envirox or Murphy Squirt and Mop Floor Cleaner for floors. We use Unitex Protection Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish for stainless appliances, and Barkeepers Friend Cleanser for stainless steel sinks and inside toilets. For dusting, we use Murphy Multi Use Wood Cleaner Spray. For oven cleaning, we use Easy-Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner. On occasion, we will use an odor neutralizer like Febreze. We don’t supply bleach, if your home requires bleach in the bathroom(s), we ask that you leave out a spray bottle of Tilex. If you have a product that you love and would prefer us to use, we are happy to do that also. Just let us know!
We work as solo Cleaning Specialists. When you sign up for recurring weekly or every-2-week recurring service, you will be assigned a Cleaning Specialist. We will try our best to have the same specialist clean your house on each visit. We can not guarantee this, but we’ll do our best to make this happen. All of our Cleaning Specialists are trained using the same techniques and using the same products.
Most of our recurring clients give us codes to keyless entry systems or lockboxes. If you live in a building with a concierge, we can pick up the key at the front desk.
